Headquartered in the financial capital of India, i.e Mumbai Intex Group started operation in the year 1999 by its first venture Intex India EDC Pvt Ltd. with a vision to establish in the world of Interiors. After a decade of success in providing Interior solutions to its customers, the company extended its arm in Trading & Logistics in year 2011 under the name of Intex International Trading Corporation (now Intex International Trading & Clearing Private Limited “IITC”) and started global trading & logistics operations by initially supplying home/office decor items to the worldwide buyers.

IIEDC is a vision of a young dynamic Civil Engineer having entrepreneurial skill. The company was founded in year 1999 to cater the need of building repair consulting in Mumbai (India). With wide knowledge of Concrete , range of Technical Experience and
Holistic approach, it successfully completed numerous Turn-Key projects, residential & commercial building’s NDT Testing & structural repair.
Company expanded its horizons in the field of Interior Designing of Residential & Commercial spaces. IIEDC has completed many specialised works for several Media Houses, including the work of making Sound Recording
Studios, shooting floors, edit rooms etc.

IITC’s in house logistics division is a step forward in order to make products available at competitive cost with strict adherence to delivery schedule. IITC’s logistics division not only caters to Intex Group’s
own need of EXIM but also serves to its own set of customers/exporters in order to garnish their own logistical requirements for supplying/procuring the materials from worldwide locations. Heretofore IITC Logistics
division has emerged as a leading logistics service provider and a well trusted brand in INDIA and across the globe.
